My swim float came in a protective plastic covering. It came without any punctures or damaged. It was immediately able to be used. My five-year-old used it it was easy to fit within her legs as mine so it is great for all ages and sizes. This is a good float for teaching children or adults how to swim and keep their legs up. Also good for being able to teach children how to float securely. It's blue and white design makes it easy to find when Outdoors. It's Contour design really fits great in the leg area. I receive this product at a discounted rate for my honest unbiased opinion.
