I received my wig in a protective plastic bag. It came with care instructions and a wig cap. The wig itself has a beautiful cut and is great for play or to try out different hair styles. Although I ordered a ash blonde this to me is more of a frost blonde but still beautiful. The back of the wig has a sizer so it should fit most head types. I Love this light blonde, high quality, adjustable wig. I am able to brush and style the wig, with very little to no shedding. Outside of the normal styling with a brush, the wig is also heat friendly, allowing styling with a flat iron and curling iron. I absolutely love that this wig is soft and light, and not too heavy on my head.
