My nursing bra came in a. Protective plastic bag. It fit pretty well to what size chart says. So the bra has clips on the straps to pull the cup down for breastfeeding just like a normal bra. Ontop of the normal bra is like a sports bra like cover you can pull over the cups. Although there is no underwire, which I love because underwire can cause mastitis. There is a super supportive elastic band. This bra makes my breast look awesome! It's super supportive, light, and washes well. This is my dream bra, I have other more expensive nursing bras but this is definitely my new favorite. My only complaint is of course the bra is new and the cups are a little firm to fold down, but hey its worth it for this support, comfort and how great they look. I received this product for free for my honest unbiased opinion.
