My dermabalm arrived without leaks or spillage. It had a plastic tight wrap around it so it would come undone in shipping. The balm also has a protective piece on the inside to prevent spillage. When you open the balm it is a thick light gold cream. It has a very relaxing smell. When using I use a finger tip of cream. I decided to use on my daughters upper arms she has bumpy dry upper arms. After one use you could tell it moisturized the area well. After a few uses the bumps had been softened and you could hardly even tell it was there. Over all I really like this cream and we will continue to use it. I received this item for free for my honest unbiased opinion.
