My hair loss shampoo came in sealed with no leaks or spills. I had a protective plastic wrapper around the top and the twist top locks. It was actually a little difficult to get it to unlock. The shampoo is white and creamy, and I used 2 squirts of it for my long hair. I like that the bottle includes the pump so you have a premeasured amount of shampoo. You wet you hair, lather in shampoo, and allow to sit for a few minutes like conditioner. After using mine for a few days I have definitely noticed some thickening. Now a lot but a little and not the frizzy thickening you get from a volume shampoo. I received this product at a discount rate for my honest unbiased opinion.
