I received my tool skirt it came and a protective plastic bag. At the top of a skirt is a soft fabric that is sewn around to keep the skirts and 2 and place. The sewing is is done with a straight Stitch there are no fraying or slippage. The stitch is done well and holds good. The tulle used is a softer tulle making it comfortable to wear and it's doesn't get all tangled and poofy as much as the firm tulle. The style of the skirt is ballerina style and it is super cute. The fit, fit my 3 month old who wear 6 month clothes down to her knees and looks great with a simple onsie. I receive this products for free directly from the seller for my honest unbiased opinion.
