My mini battery fan came in a box, it included a fan, a charger, and a manual. When you first get the fan it will need to charge. The charge light on the back Blinks when charging and stops when fully charged. I like the rechargeable battery however I wish the charger light was bigger or brighter. The fan itself rotates 360 degrees! Which is awesome. You can put it anywhere and move any direction you like. The clip is larger and has a soft padding on it so no kid can hurt their little fingers. The fan has plastic blades and the outer protective liner so no little fingers get hurt there either. The clip also doubles as a place to sit it on or a mount. Which I like cause I can put it on my stroller, walker, or really any serface. Let's face it in Texas summer you need a fan every where you go especially when you have little ones. This fan is light weight and perfect for my little one. I received this product for free for my honest unbiased opinion.
