I received my hair extensions in a protective plastic package. I like these were able to take styling and low heat. I tried them on myself they didn't look so great with my hair down cause I have layers. I did them on my daughter who has a straight cut and they look better. But these best do curl or styled in. I like that the hair goes all the way up to the clips so when in your hair you don't ever see band or clips. The clips pop out put hair in and snap back into place. There are 4 clips so it holds to your head well. They were fairly comfortable to wear and I'm sure you would get use to them I'm no time. I received this product at a discounted rate for my honest unbiased opinion.
