The compression socks come in a plastic protective bag. They are easy to wash, use, store and dry. The instructions for them are on the back. Hand wash cold water hang dry for those of you who are symbol illeterate. So I to these for my mother in law. She had very dried cracked heals and the doctor tells her to use them. He thought it help keep her feet dry and compress which helps with cracking. The sizing of them is dead on and versitle to use. They dry super quick so no need to freak if your feet get wet.
