This formula of Omega 3 came in a well sealed bottle, they had a seal on the top and cotton to prevent breaking or sticking of the tablets. The container has 90 (2 softgel) servings so 180 tablets. The tablets were large (but all omega 3 softgels are!). The softgels are a clear omega 3 so you can easily see it still good. These are also lemon flavor so no fishy taste or fishy burps later in the day, making it very pleasant to use! I personally use omega 3 to support my hair, nails, and skin, as well as my babys DHA since I am still breastfeeding. My husband uses his omegas for joint care as he works out a lot!
