Great silicone drying mat. I like that it has lifts in it to help with how quickily the dishes will dry and it has a amount of area to drain off dishes. It is compact and very durable. You can use this when you cut and wash your veggies and for the water to drip off them as well. The mat is a slate gray. The mat can easily fit in your sink. The one improvement I would make is maybe a open and closable hole so it can drain in the areas you want without removing everything from the top of it. I like that it is anti microbial so I can have my veggies on It with no fear. It also is easily hand washed or you can stick it in the top shelf of your dishwasher without worries of it messing up but it also gets that nightly sanitizing. I received this product for free for my honest unbiased opinion.
