WOW THESE LIGHTS ARE BEAUTIFUL! The only thing I would change is the description. When I see these lights I don't think icicle I think more of rope fairy or twinkle lights. The beautiful white led light is in a soft rope light form and is water and weather proof. It is pretty easily used. It has a solar panel, installation stake and of course a button which works on and off as well as the modes of the light. The lights there selves are not as bright as typical led white lights which I actually love, because I personally thing some white led lights don't look pretty white but more of a blue. These lights come off a soft white led lighting! There is also stripping over the solar panel to protect it. To turn the light on click the button once and be sure your not in a lighted area as the solar panel disables it when it sees light to save the power. The click it again to go in a blinking mode and a third time will turn the light off, as well. I received this product for free for my honest unbiased opinion.
