sweet and salty is correct! This snack pack does contain a lot of peanut products so if your getting snacks for school be sure they allow peanuts! However there are plenty of other options in this box as well. From oreos, ritz crackers, goldfish, cookies galoure, crackers, peanuts, rice krispies...etc I love this snack pack. I literally stocked my daughter up with her school snacks in no time with this box. With the snacks they didn't allow I put them in my car for the car pool, because after all who wants to wait in line without a snack for a hour! I love this mix its an all in one box! All of the items are snack sized as well so you do not have to worry about over eating with your calorie intake. This box has a little chocolate, a little peanuts, a little cheese, a little of everything. I swear the snacks kept coming. If your planning a movie night, family game night, have kids that need snacks or wanna supplement lunch with desserts or treats this is perfect!
