Love this scented heating pack! This back has a methanol like scent and feel to this pack. Although it actually only has a combination of essential oils, more natural that way! Got to love it! The pack is well fitted for your back and on your waist. The waist band is attached and detached with Velcro. The pack has a cooling sensation when applied. I typically heat my pack for 2:30 seconds in my table top microwave and its perfect. Due to the rice it actually holds its heat for a while! The fabric is also extremely soft so you don't even need to be wearing a shirt when using it. I personally have a baby I have to hold, and a 5 year old I bend down to work with and help often, as well a herniated disk in my lumbar spine. This heating pad has really helped me get comfortable at night to sleep and after a long day of work. I received this product for free for my honest unbiased opinion.
