It included the watch, instructions, and a spare battery (which comes in a protective plastic sleeve). The watch is simple to use. The top right button turns on the light, the top left button is the restart and pause button for the stop watch portion. The bottom left and right are both multi control buttons which support all of the various functions of this watch. The light up portion of this watch just lights the numbers and letters in a very pretty blue so your not staring at a bright blue entire screen, which I like. Other than that the watch fits and feels like a normal watch. The watch has a complete and full calendar function. It also is water and shock resistant. This watch also includes an alarm and a stop watch. Both a full and small stop watch might I add. What a great gift for a teenage boy or a grown man!
