I received my band in a protective plastic packaging. The band is pretty easy to use you simply insert you fitbit in the back and the design holds it firmly into place. The design is watch like with the clasp and holes. The material is a soft silicone I would say it's super comfy to wear but also gives you arm room to breath when wearing which is perfect because if your using it you probably work out. It's simple to use and is of good quality. I received this product for free for my honest unbiased opinion.
