The no bark collar came in a small package it includes 2 battiers, strap, clips, shocker, metal peices and some random plastic light piece? I looked on instructions and could figure out what that piece was for exactly. Anyways you put the battery in the back and put the shocker through the straps of the the collar then you have to force the metal part through the strap and screw on the metal bolts. Then size and cut your collar. I wish there were precut holes to make it easier to place the shocker but then again it wouldn't be as size adjustable then. The shocker works by giving off warning beeps then a small shock. The 2nd round it gave off what I would considered a super strong shock. I would say this is probably best for medium to large dogs this would definitely hurt my smaller dog. The use for it us good and the product works well, just focused around bigger dogs. I received this product for free for my honest unbiased opinion.
