I received my robotic enhanced vehicles in a protective box. They require a app you can download via Google play or the apple store for free. The app controls the cars. With this app you use your device as a remote control. You can either pair them with 2 devices and battle or play a computer. Pretty neat high tech toy! The cars make all kinds of sounds of battling and driving, so they are very realistic. The cool thing about these cars is they are easy to use and drive. These cars use 4 aa batteries each so go buy a stash. I received this product for free for my honest unbiased opinion.
