Make snow. It's cold. You can build castles with it too!

2 ingredients super simple are you ready. For all those mom's throwing frozen parties this is the perfect fun, not to mention once you make this once you won't believe how simple it is.

What you need:
Bowl to play and mix
Shaving cream (i use sensitive shaving cream from dollar store.)
Baking soda

Dump half a box of baking soda into a bowl. Add shaving cream until the mixture is just lightly wet and clumps together when you squeeze it.
I bought sand castles molds from dollar store for kids to make else's ice castle.

Kids love this, it actually feels cold and it dries back to powder form so you can reuse for snow again by re adding shaving cream or sweep it up. Your choice! How cool!!!

Homemade silly putty 2 ingredients

What you need:

A bowl to mix in

Cornstarch

Dish soap

For every 2 tbs of corn starch add 1.5 tbs of dish soap. Mix with your hands they will get messy! Until you have a silly putty consistence.  It should be like Ooblek but not leave your hands with all the muddy mess!

Have fun! Here are our photos!

Ooblek aka quick sand

What you need:
Corn starch
Water
Dinosaurs (optional)
Bowl to mix in

Ooblek is a mixture of corn starch and water start by adding corn starch then add water until you get a texture that is hard at the bottom and melts when you pick it up. Hand mix and play at same time. I usually add corn starch while kids are playing so they can feel the dry and wet texture. Don't worry about clean up the corn starch dries back to a powder and can be brushed off, swept..etc or if tour really anal like me and can't wait use a wet sponge on table and sweep up the rest.

Comes off clothes and hair not toxic so it good safe fun!
