Make super crispy juicy bacon

Make super crispy bacon without cooking or burning. This one's from my mother in law.

Place bacon and a little water enough to cover bacon in a pan and boil.

Once at a boil let simmer until there's no water. Cover pan.

Then cook the bacon as normal in pan.

Simple easy fully cooked  crispy bacon. With no extra clean up like the oven.
