Homemade chunky tomato soup

What you need:
Pot
Blender
Water/milk
Olive Oil
Sugar
Parsley
Basil
Salt
Pepper
Garlic
Onion
Tomatoes

Process:

Step 1 place tomatoes, onion, parlsey, salt, and pepper in a pot. BOIL
Step 2 when tomatoes start peeling place in bowl of ice and water
Step 3 peel tomatoes
Step 4 blend onions
Step 5 blend tomatoes with onions
Step 6 add onions and tomatoes to empty pot with 2 (8oz) cans of tomato sauce
ADD SALT PEPPER GARLIC BASIL SMALL AMT OF WATER/MILK, 1 TBS SUGAR. 1 TBS OLIVE OIL. season to taste.
Step 7 boil then simmer. The longer the simmer the tastiest. 
**if you want less chunky use a strainer to get out thicker bits, if you don't like onions add more tomatoes.
