bad weather Activities for your kids part 1

1. Go camping indoors. Set up a tent, make smores in the microwave/stove top, cook hot dogs, get the sleeping bags out and tell stories and so much more.
2. Dance party

4. Crafts never enough crafts. Paint , color, glue cut. Check out pintrest or Google crafts with materials you have.
5. Build a club house out of blankets and pillows.
6. Don't step on the lava. Set up pillows and blankets and play step on the lava.
7. Indoor soccer. Set up a soccer field in your livingroom.
8. Play grocery shopping we like to get used grocery bags, calculator, set up play food to buy and sell... kids love this and you teach them to share by switching btw stock boy, shopper, clerk.
9. Build music shakers with beans rice and tubs or eggs.
10. Indoor scavenger hunt or hunt. Hid balls create clues and have a blast.
11. Kids yoga
12. Buy window crayons and let kids have a blast drawing and cleaning mess.
13. Ooblek- corn starch and water makes quick sand fun with with dinosaurs
14. Make playdough and let kids play with the cookies cutters
15. Shaving cream let kids play with shaving cream on tables. It's soap so it cleans as they play!
16. Use acrylic paint to paint glasses
17. Draw on black paper with chalk and spray with hair spray after wards.
18. Let kids color on wax paper with crayons and blow dry on to a candle.
19. Make silly putty glue and liquid starch keep away from carpets!!
20. set up a day care. Pull out all the babies and supplies and kitchen stuff and set up a play day care.
21. Go skating. If you have hardwood floors put on some socks and go skating.
22. Bowling. Set up old bottles and get some balls and bowl.
23. Movie day. Pick a special movie pip some pop corn distribute a small amount of candy black out windows with blankets and make a movie theater in your home!

25. Use glue water and tissue paper and glass vase to make a mosaic vase.
26. Get fruits and veggies and make art work.

29. Yes jumping on the bed. Children should be supervised!! There should be nothing in the way children could possibly hit heads on.
30. Let kids throw baking soda all over your carpet! You can vaccume it up and it'll just smell so nice!!!
31. Make a volcano from baking soda and vinegar.
32. Balloon wars!!! Look up diffrent games to play with balloons!
33.  Marshmellow Indoor relay. Who can hold a spoon in their mouths with marshmallow and complete an obstacle course. Marshmallow basket ball.
34. Trashket ball. Fun way to pick up trash.
35. Snow ball fit with newspaper
36. Make snow and build castles with it. Use shaving cream and corn starch to make snow.
37. Plant flowers in pots

40. Make window clings using wax paper and puffy paint.

46. Use extremely soft balls and play a soft game of dodgeball. Be sure to out away breakable items!
47. Go on an adventure.  Put some chairs pretend to go on a bus ride or a plane ride and go somewhere exotic. We like going to dinosaur land!
48.  Play board games. Something long lost but good quality fun.
49. Make lava lamps using water food color cooking oil and glitter in a glass jar. 50. Do a photo shoot. Create a cute back drop and dress up
51. Car races. Race little cars down the hall or down the room.
52. Make fruit cars. Use fruit add wheels and stickers and race.
53. Use fruit snacks and tooth picks to build something.
54. Use Toliet paper to make mummy's
55. If you in a two story house you can use Toliet paper to race down stairs or race down the hall if you live in one story and re roll and continue
56.  If you live in two story have kids ball up Toliet paper in to a bunch of little balls have someone throw from up stairs and some one trying to catch down stairs in bucket.
57. Use peanut butter and bird seed to make bird feeders
58 . Make monster be gone spray. Febreze with stickers on bottle.
59. Do pedicures and manicures.

63. Get a shoe box make a secret box where kids can hold the secret items.

65. Let kids cut newspaper or phone books and glue to cardboard.

68. Play doctor. Fake illnesses and let your little dr figure out what's wrong and cure you.
69. Give your kid a massage!
70. Make necklaces from noodles or cereal
71. Art cake!!! Get white icing die a bunch of colors put in icing tubes and let your kids decorate a cake any way they want.
72. Make sun catchers. Use normal beads and metal cookie cutters and bake. Google it I forgot temp and time.
73. Try invisible ink
74. Make and use old style ink pens. Get feathers dip in paint and write.
75. Leaf prints. Use leaves and hammer them to paper. Or Paint Leaves and use as stamps. 
76. decorate an old sweater, jacket or shirt.
