My vitamin e facial cleanser came in a protective bubble wrapped bag. There were no spills or leakage. It included the cleanser and a pamphlet that tells you about this and other products, which also includes a 15% off coupon. The cleanser has a easy to use snap top and has a foil liner. I prefer pump but that's just me I like the premeasured. The bottle says to use 2 pumps on wet face and massage in, this is about the amount of a quater size The scent isn't bad but it's just not for me. I like the immediate soothing effect I felt from the cleanser. It gently foams when you lather. My face felt much lighter and cleaner. I received this product for free for my honest unbiased opinion.
